The new version 1.10 of the USB CDC/NCM Class Driver is available now.
Thesycon’s USB CDC/NCM device driver provides a network adapter emulation on Windows CE/Mobile operating systems by implementing the CDC/NCM protocol on USB. The driver works with devices that are compliant to the Communication Device Class (CDC) specification, Network Control Model (NCM).
The driver runs on USB Host controllers that support the Microsoft USB Host Driver Interface (USBDI).

A similar driver is also available for Windows 2000 to Windows 7.

The new version 1.10 of the USB CDC/NCM Class Driver is available now.
Current Version: 1.10
The demo version of the driver stops working after 2 hours. To reset the demo timer the driver needs to be unloaded and loaded again. This can be done by rebooting the platform or disconnect and reconnect all USB devices were loaded for.
NOTE: The driver described on this page is *not for use by end users*. It will not help to solve any problems you may experience with a consumer device such as a webcam, camcorder, card reader, external sound card, etc. Thesycon’s device drivers are software components intended to use by hardware or software manufacturers to create end products.

When designing a USB device you need an official USB vendor ID (VID) which is unique world-wide. Vendor ID's will be assigned by the USB Implementers Forum (www.usb.org). There is a fee of $1500 US.
Thesycon owns a USB vendor ID and provides a subset of product ID's (PID) to customers who licensed our USB software.
